Coater Helper

Job Description

We are in search of a Coater Helper who will assist in the coating application within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will support the coating team to ensure efficient and quality production flow.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in the coating application process by preparing materials.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and operational standards.
• Assist in conducting quality assurance checks on finished products.
• Collaborate closely with the Coating Technician and Quality Control personnel.
• Follow all safety guidelines while performing duties.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks to meet production schedules.

Requirements

Education

• GCSEs or equivalent technical qualifications preferred

Experience

• No experience required; training on coating techniques will be provided.

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of coating processes
• Equipment operation

• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous experience with coating materials: Hands-on experience with different types of coatings and their applications.
• Basic mechanical skills: Ability to perform simple maintenance on machinery.
