• Supervise daily operations of wind turbine maintenance and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Analyze data from wind turbine SCADA systems to optimize performance.
• Provide training and development opportunities for technicians.
• Foster a positive team culture and encourage collaboration.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Manage vendor relationships for parts and services.
• Oversee compliance with environmental regulations and standards.

• Degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Technical qualification in wind energy or a related field
• Strong technical knowledge of wind turbines and associated equipment In-depth understanding of the operational and technical aspects of wind turbines.
• Experience with SCADA systems Proficient in using SCADA systems for monitoring wind turbine performance.
• Leadership Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Communication Strong skills for providing clear instructions and fostering team collaboration.
• Health and Safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH)
• Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2)
• English (Fluent)

• Experience working with diagnostic tools: Hands-on experience with diagnostics for troubleshooting wind turbine issues.
• International project experience: Prior experience managing projects concurrently across different countries.
