Job Description

As a Wind Energy Operations Manager, you will be tasked with managing a dedicated team of technicians who oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of wind turbines. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all operations are executed safely and efficiently while optimizing turbine performance and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of wind turbine maintenance and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Analyze data from wind turbine SCADA systems to optimize performance.
• Provide training and development opportunities for technicians.
• Foster a positive team culture and encourage collaboration.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Manage vendor relationships for parts and services.
• Oversee compliance with environmental regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Renewable Energy or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of managerial experience in wind energy operations

Languages

• English: Fluent
