Job Description

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Help train new team members in assembly processes.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss production performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Requirements

Education

• GCSEs or equivalent in Math and English

Experience

• Prior experience working with machinery is a plus.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in Manufacturing Safety: Knowledge of safety legislation and best practices in manufacturing environments.
