Job Description

As a Furnace, Kiln, Oven, Drier, and Kettle Operator, you will be crucial in ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will operate and maintain various complex machines, ensuring high-quality output while adhering strictly to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Adjust machine settings and materials to achieve desired results.
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize production processes.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment for performance.
• Document machine performance and any discrepancies.
• Train new operators on machine operation and safety.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets.
• Ensure materials are prepared and available for production runs.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to follow safety protocols

Soft Skills

• Strong work ethic

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with similar machinery or equipment: Hands-on experience operating felting or drying machinery.
