Job Description

As a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our logistics processes. You will work closely with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery and maintain accurate inventory levels. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and experience in supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations and coordinate with warehouse staff.
• Track and update shipping statuses to ensure timely deliveries.
• Conduct inventory checks and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve delivery issues.
• Use warehouse management systems to optimise logistics processes.
• Assist in training new warehouse staff on logistics procedures.
• Identify areas for improvement in the logistics workflow.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics coordination
