Job Description

As a Shoe Machine Operator and Tender, your main responsibility will be to turn the insoles' lips before final assembly. This crucial position requires meticulous attention to detail as you operate specialized machinery to maintain our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Run insoles through the machine to turn their lips accurately
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process
• Troubleshoot and report any machine malfunctions promptly
• Follow instructions carefully to maintain product quality
• Work collaboratively with other production staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Training or Certification in Machine Operation or Manufacturing is preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
