Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Flight Operations Officer to join our team in East Kilbride. In this role, you will ensure the seamless operation of flight logistics, coordinate with flight crews, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation operations and a meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards set by the aviation authority.
• Provide on-the-ground support and communication during flight operations.
• Assist with crew scheduling and management of pilot resources.
• Conduct safety audits and compliance checks.
• Engage in continuous training and professional development in aviation operations.
• Foster effective team collaboration within the operations team.
• Report operational discrepancies and suggest corrective actions.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications are a plus

Experience

• 4+ years within aviation operations
