We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Sunderland. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to analyse business needs and develop solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your role will involve gathering requirements, documenting processes, and facilitating communication between technical teams and business units.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
• Provide insights into project performance and make data-driven recommendations.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to validate requirements and expectations.
• Organise and facilitate stakeholder meetings, ensuring clear communication and documentation.
• Support ongoing project management efforts to ensure timely and quality deliverables.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis or project management

Certifications
