Job Description

Join our healthcare team as a Hospital Pharmacist, responsible for overseeing medication dispensing, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct medication reconciliation and ensure accuracy in patient records.
  • Support clinical trials and research projects within the pharmacy department.
  • Assist in patient education regarding medication management.
  • Develop and review pharmacy protocols and standards.
  • Engage in continuing professional development and training for pharmacy staff.

Requirements

Education
  • BPharm or equivalent
Experience
  • Two or more years of experience in a clinical setting.
Technical Skills
  • Electronic Health Record Systems

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
