Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our daily operations in Cambridge. The successful candidate will manage a team, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with health and safety regulations while coordinating logistics to optimise inventory movement.

Responsibilities

  • Direct warehouse operations on a day-to-day basis.
  • Ensure that all warehouse tasks are completed in line with targets.
  • Facilitate communication between the warehouse and logistics departments.
  • Maintain the highest standards of health and safety.
  • Create a positive work environment that fosters team collaboration.
  • Monitor equipment maintenance and report any issues.
  • Ensure proper training procedures are followed for all employees.
  • Prepare budgets and manage warehouse expenditure.
  • Develop strategies for effective space management.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within warehousing or supply chain
