Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Induction Furnace Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining induction furnaces, ensuring efficient production processes and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate induction furnaces and ensure efficient processing.
• Conduct regular checks on furnace operations and report any issues.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Adjust furnace settings to maintain optimal operating conditions.
• Provide support to troubleshoot and rectify furnace issues.
• Document all operational and maintenance activities accurately.
• Work alongside engineers to implement process improvements.
• Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed at all times.
• Assist in training new staff members in furnace operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the furnace area.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant certification in metalworking or furnace operation is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating induction furnaces
