Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Public Health Officer to join our team in Gloucester. The ideal candidate will support health initiatives, engage with community stakeholders, and implement effective public health strategies to improve community well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement health intervention programmes.
  • Develop partnerships with local governmental and non-governmental organizations.
  • Engage in health policy advocacy at community and regional levels.
  • Collect and interpret health data for reporting and analysis.
  • Promote mental health awareness and resources in the community.
  • Work with diverse populations to tailor health messages.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
  • Master's degree in Public Health is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in public health or community health
