We are seeking a Construction Project Director to steer our projects in Rochdale. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Utilise project management software to track progress and report to senior management.
• Drive innovation in construction practices and methods.
• Conduct performance evaluations of project staff.
• Create and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Foster relationships with local authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Be proactive in resolving potential conflicts that may arise during construction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Master's degree in Construction Management preferred

Experience

• 10+ years of comprehensive experience in construction project management

Certifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
