Stockers and Order Fillers

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Stockers and Order Fillers to join our produce team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for stocking and maintaining displays, managing inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service. Experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Replenish stock in a timely manner to avoid shortages.
• Help keep the produce area clean and organized.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
• Educate customers about various produce items and their uses.
• Gather feedback from customers to improve service.
• Participate in training and team meetings.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation.
• Handle cash register duties when required.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to Operate Forklifts: Knowledge of operating forklifts or similar equipment is a plus.
• Previous Experience in a Fresh Produce Environment: Experience in handling fresh produce and ensuring quality standards.
