Job Description

We are seeking a talented Inside Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you'll generate leads, nurture client relationships, and close deals via phone or email. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for driving sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase client engagement.
  • Evaluate customer needs and propose appropriate product solutions.
  • Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Provide timely feedback on customer trends and insights to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing is highly desirable
