As the Day Care Center Director, you will oversee the daily operations of our center, ensuring that we maintain high standards of care and education for our children. You will manage staff, liaise with parents, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the centre's adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Ensure the continual professional development of your staff.
• Engage in community outreach to promote the centre.
• Advise on curriculum development and implementation.
• Implement policies and procedures effectively.
• Conduct regular evaluations of staff and program effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a childcare leadership role
