Job Description

We're on the lookout for an IT Support Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring our systems run efficiently. You will handle day-to-day troubleshooting, assist users in resolving technical issues, and contribute to maintaining a high level of service. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of IT systems.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktop and laptop computers.
  • Provide support for mobile devices and remote access solutions.
  • Assist in maintaining backups and recovery procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain network security protocols and updates.
  • Generate reports on help desk performance and user feedback.
  • Develop user guides and instructional materials for common IT issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support roles
