Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Healthcare Administrator to join our Swansea facility. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the administrative functions of our healthcare services, ensuring efficient operations and excellent patient care standards.

Responsibilities

  • Administer daily healthcare facility operations to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Manage patient appointment systems and improve scheduling processes.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Create and maintain administrative processes to enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Support financial management through budget tracking and reporting.
  • Facilitate effective communication between patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and data management within the department.
  • Provide leadership and training to junior administrative staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Management or Business Administration
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience is desirable
Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in healthcare settings
