As a Clay Temperer, your primary responsibility will be to prepare raw clay materials for our ceramics production. This involves mixing, kneading, and drying the clay to ensure optimal consistency and quality. You will work closely with a dedicated team of production specialists, where attention to detail is essential. Your contribution will have a direct impact on product quality and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the mixing and shaping of clay materials as per established recipes.
• Conduct quality checks on clay batches and report discrepancies.
• Assist in troubleshooting machinery issues to minimize downtime.
• Work with other departments to coordinate production schedules.
• Implement process improvements for better efficiency and quality.
