Job Description

We are looking for a Systems Operations Manager to lead our IT support team in Liverpool. The successful candidate will oversee service delivery, manage operational efficiency, and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction in all tech-related matters.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the IT support team to achieve service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational processes.
  • Analyze service performance and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred

  • 7+ years of experience in managing IT operations or support teams
