Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Mash Grinder, where you will be responsible for producing high-quality mashes by operating grinding machines. The successful candidate should demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to adhere to stringent hygiene and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the operation of grinding machines and make adjustments as needed.
  • Conduct quality checks on mashes and maintain production logs.
  • Assist in cleaning processes of the grinding machine and surrounding area.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Provide feedback to management on equipment performance.
  • Contribute to team meetings to discuss operational improvements.
  • Train new staff on equipment operation and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant vocational training or certification is preferred
Experience
  • Prior experience operating grinding machines, preferably in the food processing industry.
