Join our Bristol pharmacy team as a pharmacist where you will play a crucial role in medication management, patient care, and community health. You will engage with patients, provide expert advice on prescriptions, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and effective use of medications by patients.
• Provide health advice and medication therapy management.
• Assess patients' medication histories and allergies.
• Offer consultative support to physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Stay updated on pharmaceutical industry developments and practices.
• Oversee pharmacy staff training as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and patient interactions.
• Participate in public health outreach programs.
• Develop medication plans in consultation with patients.
• Perform routine audits to ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• PhD is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical or retail pharmacy setting
