We are seeking a reliable and experienced Paster Supervisor to oversee our paster operations. The Paster Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring timely completion of paste projects, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of pasters to efficiently execute paste operations.
• Ensure timely completion of paste projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain accurate documentation of production workflows.
• Assist with the maintenance and operation of pasting machinery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
• Prepare reports on production metrics and team performance.
• Foster a positive team environment through effective communication.
• Conduct training sessions for team members on safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team for better outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Certifications in paste application or related areas are advantageous.

Experience

• Experience in managing or supervising a team.
