Job Description

We are on the hunt for a dynamic Industrial-Organizational Psychologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and evaluating employee performance, fostering job satisfaction, and enhancing productivity through tailored strategies and assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead assessments and evaluations of employee performance and job satisfaction.
  • Support managers with coaching and development of their teams.
  • Develop and analyse employee engagement surveys and feedback.
  • Design strategies to enhance organisational performance and employee development.
  • Contribute to talent management initiatives and succession planning.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, particularly in personnel evaluation and organisational psychology.

Certifications
  • Certified Psychologist (BPS)
Languages
  • English: Fluent
