• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, or related field
• Communication Skilled in verbal and written communication.

• Interpersonal Skills Excellent at building relationships with diverse groups.
• Problem-Solving Ability to identify challenges and propose solutions.
• English (Fluent)

• Experience in fundraising: Prior involvement in securing funds for community initiatives.
