Job Description

We are seeking a talented Usability Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for conducting user research, analysing user data, and providing recommendations to enhance the user experience of our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of peace initiatives targeting specific conflict areas.
  • Facilitate workshops and community events to promote peace.
  • Collaborate with various organizations to enhance program outreach.
  • Assess the needs of communities to tailor conflict resolution strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to project objectives and outcomes.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all program activities.
  • Support fundraising by preparing proposals and grant applications.
  • Provide mentorship to community leaders engaged in peace efforts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Peace and Conflict Studies or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in peacebuilding or conflict resolution
