Job Description

We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of our facilities. The successful candidate will have a robust background in facility maintenance and management, equipped to lead a team while ensuring optimal functionality of our buildings.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring quality standards and safety regulations are met.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, assigning tasks and providing guidance.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce disruptions and extend facility equipment lifespan.
  • Conduct routine building inspections to identify repair needs and coordinate timely repairs.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and track expenses.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities including work orders and equipment logs.
  • Collaborate with contractors and vendors for project completion.
  • Provide training on safe work practices to employees.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in facility maintenance.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant degree in facility management, engineering, or a related field.
Experience
  • Experience in managing facility maintenance in a similar industry.
