Responsibilities

• Draft and update compliance-related policies and documentation.
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes.
• Implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness.
• Work with various departments to promote standards awareness.
• Compile audit materials and assist during internal and external audits.
• Stay informed about changes to regulations and standards in the industry.
• Conduct training sessions on standards and compliance requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Management)

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a regulated industry such as finance or healthcare.
