Job Description

We are looking for a Production Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Derry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing processes and demonstrate strong leadership skills to manage a diverse team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the training and development of production staff.
• Evaluate production processes and recommend improvements.
• Ensure product quality through proper inspection and testing methods.
• Lead team meetings to discuss performance and share feedback.
• Work closely with engineering on new product launches.
• Manage conflict and resolve issues within the team promptly.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Support operational initiatives and strategic goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management or Engineering
• Chartered status is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

Languages
