Responsibilities
Shape and mould dough to produce diverse bread products.
Supervise the quality of the bread being produced to adhere to company standards.
Utilize bread moulding machinery while ensuring safety regulations.
Keep up with hygiene and safety protocols in food handling.
Work closely with kitchen team to optimize production efforts.
Manage the cleanliness of the workstation at all times.
Perform additional bakery tasks when necessary.
