E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We are in search of a dynamic E-commerce Manager to lead our online strategy and operations in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a rich experience in managing E-commerce platforms and driving sales through effective online marketing strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimise product offerings and enhance the customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute promotional campaigns to increase traffic and sales.
• Ensure seamless integration of online and offline marketing strategies.
• Manage the E-commerce budget and forecast sales growth.
• Work with IT to enhance online platform capabilities and user interfaces.
• Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• MBA in Marketing is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a similar role with proven results
