Job Description

We are seeking a Marine Science Technician with a strong background in environmental science. The successful candidate will assist in marine research activities, data collection, and analysis, contributing to significant projects aimed at marine conservation.

Responsibilities

  • Support marine research initiatives by conducting fieldwork and data analysis.
  • Collect and process marine samples in accordance with protocols.
  • Analyze environmental data to assess marine ecosystem health.
  • Help maintain laboratory equipment and vessels for research.
  • Assist in preparing research publications and grant proposals.
  • Work closely with scientists to design experiments and interpret results.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Marine Biology
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in marine or environmental research
