We are seeking a passionate and experienced Retail Manager to lead our Wolverhampton store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, achieving store targets, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Direct store operations and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Achieve sales growth by actively promoting sales initiatives.
• Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor to drive customer engagement.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide coaching as needed.
• Implement effective loss prevention strategies.
• Manage store payroll and scheduling.
• Ensure the store is adequately staffed during peak hours.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate terms and pricing.
• Conduct market analysis to understand competitors and trends.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualifications in retail management or business administration

Experience

• Experience in fast-paced retail environments is essential
