Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Manager to lead our visual merchandising strategy in Southampton. You will be responsible for developing eye-catching displays that drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the visual presentation of merchandise to maximise customer appeal.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to source display materials and fixtures.
  • Use visual merchandising to drive footfall and sales growth.
  • Monitor and report on merchandising performance metrics.
  • Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the merchandising team.
  • Lead special projects related to visual merchandising initiatives.
  • Ensure all visual merchandising complies with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Attend industry events to glean inspiration and ideas for new displays.
  • Keep abreast of changing market trends and consumer preferences.
  • Prepare reports on merchandising effectiveness for senior management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience
  • Experience in visual merchandising for high street retailers preferred
