Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field
• Master's or higher is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace or mechanical engineering

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of propulsion systems
• Expertise in materials selection

Soft Skills

• Team leadership

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
