Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with store policies.
• Lead a team of retail associates and provide ongoing training.
• Manage stock levels, including ordering and receiving shipments.
• Develop and execute store promotional strategies.
• Analyze customer feedback to optimize service quality.
• Prepare operational reports for management review.
• Collaborate with other departments for store initiatives.
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
• Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll administration.
• Drive sales initiatives to improve store performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Relevant retail management certification is a plus

• 3+ years of experience in retail management or operations
