Job Description

As a Historiographer, you will engage in extensive research and analysis of historical events, people, and locations. Your role will involve presenting findings clearly to diverse audiences while contributing to publications and reports that uphold our commitment to historical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Research UK history focusing on social, political, economic, and cultural developments.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute historical exhibits and events.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity in documenting research findings.
• Communicate insights and findings to team members and stakeholders effectively.
• Contribute to ongoing training and mentoring of junior researchers.
• Utilize digital tools and archival software for efficient data management.
• Participate actively in the development and submission of historical research grants.
• Manage timelines and project goals to ensure timely completion of research tasks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in History or relevant field
• Master's degree in History preferred

Experience

• 2-3 years of related research experience

• English: Fluent
