Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, resolving technical issues and providing top-notch customer service. Your expertise will help ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in providing IT support
