Job Description

We are seeking dynamic Passenger Attendants to provide exemplary service to our train passengers. Your responsibilities will include assisting with boarding, maintaining cleanliness, and addressing any issues that may arise during travel. You’ll be the face of our company, ensuring that every customer feels valued and cared for.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Help passengers find their seats and settle in comfortably.
  • Manage ticket collection and validate travel documents.
  • Be available to answer questions and provide assistance throughout the journey.
  • Support the train manager with daily operations and tasks.
  • Report any irregularities or issues to the train management team.
  • Perform safety checks and maintain equipment in good condition.
  • Assist in emergency situations to ensure passenger safety.
  • Remain composed in stressful situations, engaging with passengers supportively.
  • Participate in team briefings and contribute to operational improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • No prior experience is required; however, experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous.
Technical Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer literacy
Soft Skills
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Prior experience in customer service roles: Experience in providing excellent service in any customer-facing environment.
  • Knowledge of railway operations and safety regulations: Understanding of how trains operate and safety procedures.
  • First Aid or emergency response training: Certification in first aid or emergency procedures is preferred.
  • Foreign language proficiency: Ability to communicate in another language is beneficial.
