  • Identify opportunities for product enhancement based on client feedback.
  • Create and maintain documentation of client interactions.
  • Assist in data analysis to track customer journey and success.
  • Lead initiatives to improve overall customer experience.
  • Engage in continuous improvement practices to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or related field
  • Relevant certifications in customer success are preferred
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in customer-facing roles
