Job Description

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • A-levels or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
Technical Skills
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Familiarity with online support tools and platforms: Experience using tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk is desirable.
