Job Description

The Lace Mender will be responsible for repairing and maintaining delicate lace fabrics, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. Experience with traditional lace repair techniques is essential to this role.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain sewing machines and tools ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding materials needed for repairs.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Adhere to safety and operational protocols in the workshop.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in garment construction is beneficial
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in sewing and fabric repair is required.
