Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Nurse to join our healthcare team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will provide compassionate care, support patients through various treatments, and collaborate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Assess patient health care needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with doctors to evaluate and implement treatment protocols.
  • Ensure medications are administered safely and on time.
  • Participate in patient and family education regarding care and health.
  • Contribute to team discussions regarding patient care improvements.
  • Assist in quality improvement initiatives within the nursing team.
  • Manage emergency situations effectively and efficiently.
  • Promote a culture of respect, teamwork, and care within the department.

Requirements

Education
  • Registered Nurse (RN) qualification
  • Master's degree in Nursing or relevant field is a plus
Experience
  • Experience in a specialist area such as paediatrics or geriatrics is an advantage
