Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes in Swansea. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency, adherence to quality standards and leading a motivated team. This role requires both strategic planning and hands-on management skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of production, from staffing decisions to equipment management.
• Create and maintain a safe and efficient working environment for staff.
• Perform risk assessments and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
• Engage in strategic planning for future production capabilities and trends.
• Cultivate a team-oriented environment to encourage innovation and collaboration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or similar
• MBA or equivalent is desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in production management

• ERP Systems

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor

Languages

• English: Fluent
