Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Silk Spotter to join our Quality Control team. You will play a crucial role in inspecting silk products for quality defects, ensuring they meet our high standards before reaching our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis of silk products for quality assurance.
• Record inspection results and report to quality management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality control process.
• Train new staff on inspection techniques and quality standards.
• Collaborate with weavers to resolve quality-related issues.
• Assist in maintaining comprehensive quality records.
• Enhance workflow efficiencies in the quality inspection process.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Courses in textile technology or quality assurance is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years in quality control or textile manufacturing

Technical Skills

• Fabric Analysis
• Inspection Tools Proficiency

Certifications

• Textile Care and Quality Diploma

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
