Job Description

As a Cutting and Slicing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will play a vital role in our kitchen team. You will be responsible for expertly carving and shaping meats, ensuring high-quality presentation and portion control.

Responsibilities

  • Expertly carve and present high-quality meat dishes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the carving station.
  • Ensure all carved products meet customer specifications.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and waitstaff.
  • Answer customer queries regarding carving and meat cuts.
  • Perform regular maintenance checks on carving tools.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Create a pleasant and engaging atmosphere for diners.

Requirements

Education
  • No formal qualification required, but relevant experience in a culinary environment is essential.
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in carving or related position in a restaurant setting.
