Job Description
As a Cutting and Slicing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will play a vital role in our kitchen team. You will be responsible for expertly carving and shaping meats, ensuring high-quality presentation and portion control.
Responsibilities
Expertly carve and present high-quality meat dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the carving station.
Ensure all carved products meet customer specifications.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and waitstaff.
Answer customer queries regarding carving and meat cuts.
Perform regular maintenance checks on carving tools.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements
Education

Experience
