Job Description

As a Grinding and Polishing Worker, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that jewel bearing components are produced to the highest standards. You will set up and operate broaching machines, inspecting each product for quality and precision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assessments of components post-production.
• Implement continuous improvement processes for manufacturing efficiency.
• Assist in the development of new broaching processes and techniques.
• Work collaboratively with engineering to optimise production workflows.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma in machining or engineering is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in precision engineering or manufacturing environments.
