Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Field Operations Supervisor to oversee our warehousing operations in Bristol. The successful candidate will enhance operational performance, manage teams effectively, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency across the board.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are strictly adhered to within the operations.
• Coordinate logistics and assist with the planning of inbound/outbound shipments.
• Drive initiatives to reduce costs and improve overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and performance.
• Support the continuous improvement of logistics processes through feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role in warehousing/logistics

Technical Skills

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

• IOSH Managing Safely
• Forklift Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
