Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Circus Supervisor to manage our unique performances. In this role, you will lead a team of talented performers and manage logistical details such as venue bookings and equipment. Your leadership will ensure our shows are both entertaining and safe.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily circus operations, including scheduling and coordination.
• Work with a diverse team of performers and support staff to ensure smooth performances.
• Develop risk assessments and safety protocols for all circus activities.
• Coordinate promotional efforts with marketing to maximise show attendance.
• Manage resources efficiently to stay within budget.
• Foster a positive team environment and encourage professional development.
• Review contracts and agreements for performers and suppliers.
• React promptly to unforeseen challenges during performances.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding performances.
• Conduct regular training sessions focused on safety and performance techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Event Management qualification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in event management or related field

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
