We are seeking a highly skilled Wool Buyer to join our procurement team. This role will focus on sourcing and purchasing high-quality wool from both local and international suppliers, ensuring compliance with industry standards while negotiating beneficial terms.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and selecting potential wool suppliers based on quality and sustainability.
• Monitoring market conditions to anticipate changes in wool availability.
• Assisting in the development of strategies for cost reduction and quality enhancement.
• Reviewing supplier performance and addressing quality issues.
• Participating in industry events to expand supplier network and gather insights.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• Familiarity with sustainable practices in procurement is an asset.
